Who we are

Holme Valley Quantity Surveyors Ltd is an independent cost consultancy led by Will Hinchliffe, providing commercial and cost management services across residential and refurbishment projects.

With 19 years’ experience in the construction industry, we support developers, contractors, and private clients in delivering schemes with clarity, control, and cost certainty.Our work typically focuses on projects from £750,000 upwards, including multi unit residential developments, complex refurbishments, and high specification bespoke builds. We are appointed at all stages of a project, from early feasibility and budget setting through to procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts.

As an independent consultancy, we provide clear, unbiased advice focused on protecting the client’s position and managing risk from the outset. We are not here to simply produce cost plans. We are here to identify issues early, challenge assumptions, and ensure projects are commercially viable before construction begins.
